A.C.E. Language Institute at Skagit Valley College

The A.C.E. Language Institute is located on the campus of Skagit Valley College in Mount Vernon, Washington, midway between Seattle, Washington and Vancouver, Canada.  Mount Vernon is a safe and friendly city.  In 1997, Mount Vernon was rated the best small city in the United States!

The Skagit Valley is known for its scenic beauty and abundance of outdoor activities, including sailing, fishing, skiing, camping, and mountain hiking.  It is a popular tourist destination, famous for colorful tulip fields, the towering peaks of the Cascade mountains, and the nearby San Juan Islands.

The College

At Skagit Valley College (SVC) you can earn a two-year degree, earn credits for transfer to a four-year university, or earn a one-year certificate in Practical Nursing, Medical Assistant, or 36 other vocational programs.

After studying at SVC for two years, many students transfer to Western Washington University, the University of Washington, or another University.

Directions to the A.C.E. Language Institute at Skagit Valley College

The A.C.E. Language Institute is located on the west side of the Skagit Valley College campus. From I-5, take exit #227 (College Way). Go EAST on College Way. Turn LEFT at the stoplight at LaVenture Road. The A.C.E. Language Institute is located on the right hand side of LaVenture. It is the blue house (also called Johnson House) at 1904 LaVenture Road.
