Language Institute at Skagit Valley College The A.C.E. Language Institute is located on the campus of Skagit Valley College in Mount Vernon, Washington, midway between Seattle, Washington and Vancouver, Canada. Mount Vernon is a safe and friendly city. The College At Skagit Valley College (SVC) you can earn a two-year degree, earn credits for transfer to a four-year university, or earn a one-year certificate in Practical Nursing, Medical Assistant, or 36 other vocational programs. After studying at SVC for two years, many students transfer to Western Washington University, the University of Washington, or another University. The A.C.E. Language Institute is located on the right hand side of LaVenture. It is the blue house (also called Johnson House) at 1904 LaVenture Road.
