1. HOMESTAY - LIVING WITH AN AMERICAN
HOST FAMILY
Options and Costs:

Option #1:
Private
bedroom; food for all meals, with most dinners prepared by the host. $550 (5 weeks)

Option #2:
Private
bedroom; no food provided (students buy
and prepare their own meals using the host's kitchen) $350 (5 weeks)

$150 Housing placement
fee is required.

A $150 Homestay damage
deposit is also required. ($50 of the damage deposit is non-refundable, $100
is refundable depending on damages.)
Host provides:

Private bedroom with bed, desk, chair, dresser,
closet, and good lighting.

Everyday English conversation

Various family
activities

Use of washer and
dryer

Use of household items such as bedding, bath towels, and bath and laundry
soap

Use of telephone for local
calls. Students must use calling cards for long
distance calls

All utilities (heat, water, and
light)

2. CAMPUS APARTMENTS
Campus View
Village
Shared modern apartments, each with 4 single
bedrooms. Dishes and
food not provided. Social and recreational activities program brings
international and American residents together.
A minimum stay of 3 months is required
for Campus View Village.
Costs:

Rent is $330 per month
(4 weeks) for a 3-month lease.

Rent is $295 per month
(4 weeks) for a one-year lease.

$150 Housing placement
fee is required.

A $150 refundable
security deposit is also required.
