& sign them in English

form (Materials Required for Admission) and make
sure you send all
of these items with your
application form(s), including fee. |

Include required financial documents (bank
statement) & your Application Fee
- Sign your form in English AND have a parent or
guardian sign too if you are under 21
- Have your 'financial sponsor' sign at the
bottom. |
