Individualized Training in English for Professionals

Individualized Training Programs are geared toward the specific needs of professional clients. Programs can focus on English or technical skills development. Clients can design a specific program for the amount of time they have available. The Individualized Training in English for Professionals (ITEP) program is a specialized one-on-one highly intensive English language program for professionals who wish to improve their English for business purposes. Clients meet with a private instructor to concentrate on the English skills they wish to improve. Instruction can cover a variety of areas from technical writing to computer terminology.

In these language classes, instructors place a heavy emphasis on cultural aspects to help you gain an insiders’ perspective of the culture while learning a foreign language. Take advantage of customized curricula tailored to your particular needs. Interact with instructors who are from the culture or have an in-depth understanding of its mores, styles of business, expectations, etc. Hear them relate their experiences as business people abroad. Gain cultural insight and develop the confidence to conduct business in a foreign climate. Our Natural Approach and Communicative Approach methodologies create the ideal context for achieving results.

Executive Training Programs are designed for government officials, administrators and business executives who are interested in topics such as human resources management, leadership skills development or public administration. Clients work on English language and communication skills as needed, meet with their U.S. counterparts, and can also work on improving their presentation and other professional skills. Recent clients have included public relations staff from the Yemeni Ministry of Oil and Mineral Resources and executive staff from VITRO of Mexico.
