Past Conferences In January 1999, A.C.E. Training and Development Institute organized a pioneering conference, "Business Solutions for Global Warming", with sponsorship by the Environmental Protection Agency and the Washington Council on International Trade. In November 1999, A.C.E. Training and Development Institute worked with USAID and the U.S. department of Energy to put together a conference, "Clean Energy Partnerships", with officials of ministries of energy and power from around the world.
